All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of purchase.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on the Royal Mail service selected at checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking details (where applicable).
Please note that Royal Mail delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as holidays or postal strikes.
International orders are shipped using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.
This means that all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are calculated at checkout and included in your final order total — so there are no unexpected charges upon delivery.
Delivery times vary depending on destination, but most orders arrive within 7–21 working days. Tracking is provided where available, and all parcels are securely packaged for safe transit.
Orders are typically processed Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays).

If an item is out of stock or subject to delay, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
For all international orders, customs duties and taxes are prepaid through our DDP shipping service.
This ensures a smooth delivery process, with no additional costs or customs paperwork required from you upon arrival.
